What kind of wonderful adventure are the children at the Concord College Summer Camp experiencing? Come and find out!

 

Summer vacation is always a never-ending dream. Before we know it, the children from the second term of Concord Summer Camp have already completed half their journey. Though sharing the same campus and activities, each participant gains unique insights and creates unforgettable moments that can't be replicated. Let's dive into these magical experiences together!

 

A corner of a beautiful campus

After a long flight of more than ten hours, the children just stepped into the campus and were immediately attracted by the beautiful scenery of the campus

 

Situated in a lush forest, surrounded by green mountains and water, everyone feels as if they are in a fairy tale world.

 

 

 

 

 

Making new friends

At the summer camp, everyone met new friends from all over the world. Despite their different languages and cultures, the children soon became one with each other after a day of ice-breaking activities.

 

For more than ten days, we studied and played together, sharing each other's stories and dreams. The school also organized a team competition. In order to the honor of their own eam, every child gave his best. In this process, we also cultivated the spirit of teamwork and mutual help.

 

Rich and colorful activities

The summer camp is very rich and colorful, with outdoor adventures, science experiments, handicrafts and so on. These activities can help children to have a deeper understanding of British society and culture, and grow up in the challenges.

 

On Sunday, the school organized a lot of activities on campus all day. The children's favorite activities were interacting with owls and making cotton candy by hand!

Exciting short trips

Beyond daily classes and activities, the children had ample opportunities to explore various attractions. During the week, they visited the prestigious University of Oxford, the historic town of Chester, and the Iron Bridge Museum. The ancient castles, majestic churches, and art-filled museums each radiated a profound historical charm that captivated everyone's attention.
