This is my first time to come to the UK and enter the campus of Concord College.
I still remember that on the first day, I was not very used to the strange environment, and I was easily lost if I did not pay attention to it. I was timid and shy when facing unfamiliar classmates. But gradually, after just one day, I remembered the school map and made many new friends.
The campus of Concord College is absolutely stunning! It boasts the expansive lawn I've always dreamed of, perfect for playing. The spacious sports field complements the historic architecture beautifully. What I particularly love are the compact dorm rooms – complete with sinks, wardrobes, and storage cabinets that instantly organize my clutter into neat, tidy spaces.
In Concord, I gained a lot of knowledge and common sense that I had never heard before. I also learned to take care of myself. There is no freedom here compared to other places, which means I need to take care of myself more carefully.
Time is rushing like water, and half of the time has passed in a blink of an eye. It seems that the separation from my parents happened yesterday, but I will return soon. I am so reluctant to leave everything here, especially those classmates from foreign countries.
This journey, not too long, not too short, gave me a new perspective on many things. I will come back, Concord is waiting for me!

Happy time is always very short, a short eighteen days of summer camp in the blink of an eye. Although a little tired, but in this eighteen days full of happiness. It was a precious life experience not only for myself, but also for the other students.
When we attend Concord Summer Camp, we are not only learning simple English courses, but also learning Western culture and etiquette. Among them, the most used phrase and most impressive one is "Excuse me" in UK, which fully reflects the importance of etiquette of UK. Donation boxes are always stuffed with loving pounds; Drivers always let pedestrians go before traffic lights, and the sound of car horns has largely disappeared in UK... English gentlemanliness seems to be embodied in every aspect. I think these manners affect us in a subtle way.
The 18-day summer camp has come to an end, and I obviously feel that my friends have changed significantly, they become more cheerful, optimistic, and more active in various activities. Although the summer camp was very short, students have really experienced the learning atmosphere of British education, which is completely different from the Chinese education model. British classes are relaxed and free, and students could make friends with teachers. There were not many rules and regulations in each class, and students learned a lot of knowledge, not only the language, but also the cultural characteristics of different countries.

If memory were a little box filled with gems, mine would surely contain countless treasures. Among them shines a gem as brilliant as a diamond – that gem being my unforgettable experience at Concord College Summer School during the summer vacation. There, I created countless memories that remain etched in my heart.
The process of growing up is unforgettable. When I went to summer camp, I tried many firsts. The first time I traveled long distances by myself, the first time I managed my own life.
The school provides us with ample self-directed time to explore activities that match our interests. Our curriculum features diverse programs including ice skating, swimming, and dance. The institution also organizes engaging field trips and academic excursions. Students can visit museums based on their course selections, gaining hands-on experience through these curated experiences.
We went to Shrewbury, Oxford, Tlford and Alton Towers on Wednesday and Friday for a short trip. We had a great time!
I gained a lot from my trip to the UK. I saw many places I had never seen before, communicated with people from different countries and deepened my English skills.

This is my first time to go abroad for a summer camp, and the first time to have such a good time.
In Concord, I felt the vitality of students, just like the first ray of sunshine in the morning of summer August, warm and passionate to write the vitality of youth.
I experienced the fun of English classes. The foreign teachers integrated seemingly obscure and difficult knowledge into lively classroom teaching, which allowed me to learn a lot and have a lot of fun. At the same time, I also gained many life experiences, including washing clothes, making beds, cleaning my own room.
Here, I also made a lot of friends. It was such a cool experience in my life. It was really a kind of luck. It was my luck to know all of you.
As my return journey approached, I flipped through the photo album, revisiting the past dozen days of life's vignettes. From daylight to dusk, from twilight to dawn, I captured moments like: peering through the security gate at sunset at 9 PM, waking up at dawn for a morning stroll, wandering through the town's narrow alleys to find an old shop, then visiting museums where I encountered prehistoric fossils, Renaissance masterpieces, and Monet's iconic water lilies...
During my eighteen days at Concord, every day was filled with joy and happiness. This was my extraordinary fifteen years of happiness. Finally, I graduated from Concord Summer School with great happiness.
After seeing the children's sincere feelings, don't you feel touched and yearn for it? In the future, the assistant will continue to release the children's reflections on the summer camp, so that everyone can experience the charm of the Concord College summer camp as if they were there.
Although the summer camp has ended, the memories of this wonderful summer vacation will remain in the hearts of the children forever. We also hope that we can meet again in Concord as planned in the future. I wish all the students a promising future. We don't say goodbye!
