School Overview
Strathallan School is one of the top boarding schools in Scotland, and it also enrolls day students. Located in the suburbs of Perth, the school boasts a beautiful campus covering 153 acres. It is conveniently close to the airport and only a 1.5-hour drive from the city center of Edinburgh.
Strathallan is among the schools with the best academic performance in Scotland. Most of its students go on to study at first-class universities, including the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. Excellent Academic Achievements
In the 2020 A-Level examinations, Strathallan achieved outstanding results: 51% of grades were A*/A, 78% were A*/B, and the pass rate reached 100%. Many graduates went on to study at renowned British universities such as the University of Edinburgh, Imperial College London, and the University of Bath.
Strathallan’s 2020 GCSE results were the best in its history: 52% of grades were 9-7 (equivalent to A*/A), an increase of 18.6% compared to the previous year.

The school offers a wide range of sports programs, including athletics, badminton, hockey, tennis, cricket, swimming, cross-country running, cycling, equestrian sports (including eventing, dressage, and show jumping), football, basketball, netball, volleyball, aerobics, canoeing, community service, dance, ballet, debating, concert band, and rock climbing (the school has a climbing wall).
If you love music, the school has a jazz band, concert band, choir, orchestra, wind band, Riley band, brass ensemble, and swing band.
